These guys are fantastic and absolute legends. I have been using them for a while now, from my first remap on my A4 a few years ago and again recently my Merc ML350.Nothing to big or to small. Always happy to help no matter the issue. First class service from Calum that knows his stuff ,It is hard to find someone that you can trust and gives honest advise. Always willing to go the extra mile. I wont even consider going elsewhere if we have these guys to go too. Would highly recommend Energy Tuning .Make these guys your first stop before going anywhere else. First class company.

Cannot recommend these guys enough, after months of going backwards and forwards to supposed VW specialists due to DPF and engine light issues with no results and large fees. Energy tuning sorted the problem within a matter of hours and when a secondary issue occured, not their fault previous garage had wiped the codes. They took the van back in replaced the faulty part with no labour charge and instruction not to pay for the new part until I'd driven the vehicle for a week and was happy it was repaired. Never had that from a garage before - exceptional 😲.

I took my astra today to sort light's on the dash problems I've never been to such a more professional place in my life callum fully explained the problem and although was a mechanical problem he said exactly what was needed on top of that wasn't charged for his time and advice which would have gladly paid for any problems in the future that's the place to go top class company 😀

I have mixed feelings about energy tuning. I took my van in to get a diagnosis as to why I was getting dpf and air circuit faults and the van was going into limp mode. I advised them that I was told by the RAC that it could be the EGR valve.I took the van for a full diagnosis and I was told that they thought it was a boost leak. They couldn't say for certain, so they said there would be no charge. When I asked about the EGR they advised that they hadn't checked it. That was the main reason for bringing it in.They checked the egr valve and and said it was okay. Now credit where credit is due they didn't charge for this and this was impressive because they spent time trying to find the fault.I took the van to a garage to get boost leak check. There was no leak, but they advised that the Egr valve was likely the cause because the measured value of air flow was double the actual reference point at by the ECU. They also took other readings which showed the egr wasnt fully closing. They couldn't change the egr because of the size of the van.I phoned energy tuning who agreed to complete a stage one remap and sort The egr. I booked the van into be done on Friday morning.When I got home I sent a couple of questions about emissions and whether they would check combustion after to make sure it was running ok.I was told to phone the office the next day. When I did they said they wouldn't do the remap and EGR now. Really not impressed because I was supposed to be going away today.. I'm more annoyed with the customer services and the way they dealt with this tbh.

Was done on Monday to have my transit looked at as was going into limp mode after having a new pump & injectors fitted. Callum carried out some diagnostic checks , re learned pump & injectors to van , Van sorted , minimal distruption to my day . Polite , professional setup .They know there stuff , thanks lads

My Focus ST had a remap done by another company. It started coughing, spluttering and was running very lean. Maf sensor failed. It got to the point where it was pretty much undrivable. I took it along to Energy Tuning and had a good talk about the do's and don'ts of remaps. I got it booked in and they took it on an advanced diagnostic road test. The way the previous garage had remapped it, it could of ruined the turbo, cat and engine through over fueling. The guys at Energy Tuning had to put it back to standard, and after a positive road test, had my car running perfect within 5 hours from dropping it off. I highly recommend Energy Tuning LTD. Honest lads, great prices, top work and an immaculate workshop.

So where do I start telling you about Darren, Callum and Energy Tuning. Basically, my car a Mazda CX5, if it had been human would have been terminally ill, but Doctor Darren and his team have somehow managed to get this car which has baffled Mazda Main Dealers and Mazda Head Office Senior Technicians to a point of them washing their hands of it, back on the road. I cannot believe the amount of time, attention and courtesy that Energy Tuning have showed and even after leaving the 'shop' continue to show to me. I know it became a personal challenge for Darren, but that just shows the lengths they will go to help people out and the satisfaction I suppose of doing what the manufacturer COULDN'T.. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Had my car in today for a remap, Darren is a long time Freind of mine and Is first class at what he does, the lads are friendly and very professional and explained what they were doing throughout.my car is like a different car now unreal power and better mpg.i was also fed and had my car washed. Would recommend to anyone, service from the lads is spot on. Took my E46 in for a remap as i felt I can get more power out of it. The car wasn't 100% right at first as some error codes came up. The guys recommended a local garage, got the issues fixed went back and got it remapped with the carbon clean. The E46 is tuned correctly now. Thank you lads!!

Darren is a genius solved my mis fire on car after engine management light appeared, completed diagnostic and fitted new parts as well as Carbon Clean treatment. Car is now running perfect , great after service care also. Updated me all the time he had it. A refreshing change from most experiences people have with different garages. Would like to say a massive thank you to energy tuning.I didn't notice much of a difference at first apart from it running quieter but over the weekend it has transformed it now has no flat spots throughout the Rev range and seems to pull stronger at low rpm and is by far alot smoother to drive I would recommend this to anyone and will definitely be using you guys again.

Top company very honest doesn't tell any crap or try to con you couldn't ask for anymore my dpf was totally blocked he said the worst he'd ever seen psi was bad he done his best but didn't get it 100% so didn't charge me the full cost he didn't even ask for any money there and then he told me to take car for a good blast out try and clear it through going to call him tomorrow to see how much . Rate this company 100% top service even came to my house to do job so if anyone got a problem I would advise them to try ENERGY TUNING LTD ASHINGTON BEST AROUND

After spending over £3000 at various garages including Vauxhall (3 times) on parts and labour and still havd the problems i went to see Darren and he checked my car over as a favour and found the exact fault within 20 minutes. Totally chuffed just wish i found him alit earlier.

What a difference to my car, more torque and power through the Rev range feels like a different car. Can still be driven normally too but has made it a lot easier. The lads have even remedied a fault prior to the remap using a diagnostic machine which found why my car was lumpy at times, top work highly recommended, good prices and local!

Excellent diagnostic place. After an ongoing fault with my van and a year of getting nowhere with local garages, I took my van to energy tuning and they diagnosed the fault within 2 hours for a very reasonable price. I only wished I had taken it to them first.

Excellent product and the company is great. I had a TurbotuneDT on my Toyota d4d and it was transformed! When I recently replaced the Toyota I looked to Energy Tuning again for their support. They told me I could simply upgrade my existing unit to suit my new vehicle. Low and behold I received a totally new or fully refurbished unit within a day plus overnight shipping. And fitted it in 5mins (my new Volvo has convenient access, other vehicles do vary in time). First test drive and already it's running stronger, pulling cleanly and takes off like a bullet whatever gear it's in. My fuel economy has improved also, measured at the pump, not on the trip computer. I fully recommend the TurbotuneDT to anyone wanting a lasting but not permanent solution to restrictive OEM tuning, and knowing that the support and customer service is there to back you up. I hope to make use of their full remapping service in the near future also. Thank you Energy Tuning Ltd and Darren.
